This video training will explain how to begin telephone conversations in order to build rapport and trust. Participants will observe a scenario involving a conversation between a GP and a woman exploring good and bad telephone technique. By the end of the video, viewers will have a clearer understanding of how to prepare for a telephone consultation and how to put the person at the other end of the call at ease.
